Banquette size and table shape

I am moving into a vacation home. The dining area is 105" by 89". I want to do a banquette. Attached are my dimensions and table ideas. The entire room (with counter tops and appliances) is 15' X 12'. Do I need the 72" X 72" square banquette or do a 72" X 50" shorter banquette. I want to be able to walk around the table. I originally wanted a 60" long rectangular but the design person at PB said a 48" round would look better. I am totally confused now. I am enclosing all options...HELP! The top pic is the realistic placement of south door. I am leaning toward option 3 which is shorter banquette on north wall. It is mostly just my husband and I and I can extend this 48" round table to 72" and add chairs. Any ideas are appreciated. Need to order to get delivery 3 months out.

Have you actually now done this becuase IMO the reason you got no answers is because it does not look to be a size to get what you want .

A pedestal table works way better than a table with four legs at a banqutte. It’s tough enough getting in and out of a banqutte without getting caught up in the legs of the table.

" I want to be able to walk around the table " - what exactly does that mean?

Your seating should be about 21" deep so you can have either pillows or some sort of comfortable back. It must be a pedestal base table - NO legs in the corners. You will get the most seating with a rectangular table. I love the look of a round table but think about it - how will people sit.

A 72 x 36 table would need an 84 x 60 wall space for the bench minimum - longer is nice.

A pedestal table will most likely work the best for being able to get in and out easily. This is what we did for a clients home and we think it could work as well:
