Contemporary/Minimal floor tile pattern

I’m doing a large bathroom in a very contemporary style apartment in a high rise modern building. The flooring material will be Crema Ella marble tile, and must be 12” X 12” or smaller (neither of those can be changed). There’s already a lot going on visually in the bathroom, so I want the most minimal look I can get within those limitations. 3” X 12” stacked bond seems to be used a lot on walls in contemporary bathrooms, but what about floors? What tile size, pattern, and orientation would you recommend? (The GC, by the way, tells me that we can do this grout lines, 1/32”). Thanks for any suggestions!

More detail: the wall stone is honed, filled travertine slab in a color very similar to the Crema Ella marble on the floors. The vanity will be a large, highly patterned, strongly contrasting color stone.

Why 12 x12 as the only choice ? I use 12 x24 porcelain for both bathroom floors and shower walls then just that same tile only smaller for shower floors. IMO contemporary is best when kept to very few differnt finishes . Then stacked pattern matching grout and not sur ewaht you are doing for the vanity so post pics of that . I like a wall hung vanity in a style that is the statement piece in the bathroom some really good lighting and simple is the key . Post all your choices her ein pics in a comment that really is the only way to get real help.
