I dislike gray so I would do a light brown. None of which I see in your samples. I love the wood as is. Have you thought of doing just a clear coat of polyurethane.

The fact that your cabinets are gray doesn't mean your table needs to be gray. In fact I think it shouldn't be gray. Can you show us a picture of your cabinets? Gray can mean a lot of different things.

No to gray. Clear coat it.

Clear coat will go well with your floors. A nice new coat of white on the legs will look fresh.

It is a beautiful wood piece. You did a great job stripping it. I really like the two darkest stains that you have on your sample board. I think those would give some beautiful contrast with the lighter colors in your kitchen. And I agree about refreshing the legs and painting them with a fresh coat of white.

Another vote to leave it as is with a clear coat. No gray. If you feel it needs a stain, keep looking. None of the samples seem to be quite right.
