Are you keeping anything shown in your 1st photo? I see wallpaper, the end of a wood cabinet, mirror and lighting. And, what does the floor look like? Please post more pictures of the room.

Cool wallpaper. I love the first black sink and the handsome brass legs. An open console sink will make the room feel more spacious than the closed cabinet vanity. I also think the first sink looks more high-end and timeless.

Go for the black toilet. In general, not great for many reasons, but in a powder room, go for it. My parents had one with a black sink in a dramatic powder room. It packs a punch.

The sink/ vanity, the second one, will be a PITA to keep dusted, if that helps. Would need to invest in auto detailing tools.

I always vote for a closed space under a sink. Where will you keep cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper and tissues, extra soap?

I need to undestand what the first pic is showing , are you going to keep that walpaper ? I sure hope not since that lighting is horrible and so is the wood you show. so that wallpaper will be ruined by the time you fix anything on thta wall. I like the wallpaper but only if it is pristine . I need pics of the whole space for sure the flooring. I have done black toilets in PRs IMO thiose spaces can be something you would not do in a family bath for sure.
