Marvin Interior Window help

I am hoping we have a resident Marvin window expert in the house as I need some help.

As a result of our ongoing addition we have created a walled off interior room without any natural light. My wife and I came up with the brilliant idea (with the help of instagram) to add an ’interior window’ between the rooms to bring in some natural light. It has the possibility to look amazing if we can pull it off but my local Marvin rep is having a difficult time bringing the vision to life. We currently have a Marvin design that consists of a single pane (tempered) picture window sash. The hang up is with the true divided lights. We want both sides of the raised divided lights to look the same. We’re being told that this isn’t a possibility and that both side ls will look different .

Is this truly not possible with a custom window or is the Marvin rep maybe mistaken?

Attached is the look we are trying to achieve for those wondering what the heck I am talking about.
