I have a French country / European them going or trying to. In zone 6. I lost a tree in the front yard in a small area and I’m looking to replace it. I don’t think it worked well in the design but trying to decide what to out there now. I have some columnar hornbeams in the backyard so was considering a dwarf. But also saw some pillar boxwoods. I don’t want it to get too tall and definitely more narrow.
