Advice on bathroom lighting above window

Greetings,

Would anyone be able to advise on what light we could use in our smal bathroom/laundry room. It is a bit of a tricky layout. There is a window (nice view) above the sink and the medicine cabinet is to the right. See attached photos.

We have flush mount ceiling lights but also thought of placing a light above the window. Ideally, it should also give light to the medicine cabinet. I attach some ideas.

We want to keep it simple.

It's an odd arrangement since the window is in front of the sink and the mirror is to the right. But IMO, neither of the lights whose photos you posted is correct. You want a light that will shine outwards to illuminate ones face even if one has to step to the right to see it. The recessed lights are behind the person standing at the sink and the lights you posted shine downwards at the sink; neither help. I'd consider a chrome vanity light such as one of these:
None will help illuminate the contents of the medicine cabinet.
