Phyteuma orbiculare questions?

I just discovered Round Headed Rampion and I'm surprised it has never caught on here in the states. I was shocked to see it's in Campanulaceae. I'm curious which part of the flowers have nectar and pollin? Phyteuma orbiculare petals look like they may be tubular? What's the meaning of the word rampion, and isn't that name also given to more normal looking bellflowers?

Round Headed Rampion, Phyteuma orbiculare
