Please beware of Arhaus‘ outdoor fabric and customer service. We purchased the Remington outdoor sectional three years ago for our outdoor covered, screened in porch and added the protection plan and custom cover. After three years and despite keeping it covered when not in use, it has black stains (none of which is our doing). We submitted a claim to the warranty department and it was denied because the stains ”look like normal wear and tear that happens over time” which is not covered. 1) What is the point of a warranty that doesn't cover normal wear and tear and 2) the outdoor fabric should not be susceptible to staining. We spent nearly $8,000 on this couch and now will need to spend additonal money to have it cleaned. Please beware - Arhaus quality is extremely subpar, the furtniture is overpriced and the warranty covers nothing useful.
