It seems like a good wall for artwork. You could install a recessed eyeball trim (specs/options) with a wide-beam PAR30 bulb and (temporarily) aim the light downward. After you hung your artwork, you could re-aim the lamp at the wall and swap the bulb for one whose beam width was appropriate for the artwork.

Or maybe just hang artwork and forget the lights.

I’d suggest you sconces made in italy like this ones. Anyway 2 large sconces with 6 bulbs E12 each.

Of course these are customizable.
