Found on my white pine. Eggs were on other branches with mom tending them, but couldn't get decent pic of them. The eggs are oval, pale orange-y and lined up in a perfectly straight row along the thin pine needles. What are these insects and do I need to keep an eye on things? Pines are very healthy, no damage that I've noticed.

You may have two pests. The pic looks like the pine aphids but the eggs sound like false pine webworm.

Interesting. I found a pic of pine false webworm eggs and they do look like the pic, but I don't see any webs. I should probably cut off the needles with the eggs just to be on teh safe side. The aphids look like the aphids, probably nothing to worry about.
