Shower window tile

Just removed the bullnose tile from around the window in my shower (precious owners used caulk instead of grout to repair) I knew there would be mold but i am not prepared to take out all the tile. I will however regrout and silicone the entire shower . Here is what i found when i took off the tile. Any suggestions on how to water proof this better once i clean the mold - before i put the tile back on?
