What to do with this unruly orchid?

I have an orchid that has grown to about 3 ft tall (4 ft if I include the blooms). It doesn’t seem to be slowing down at all. It currently has three flower stalks on it and another one starting. What should I do to this plant, if anything? It’s beautiful, but very large!

I included a wine bottle in the photo for a size comparison.

Ikreeser, your dendrobiums look very happy! You don’t give your location, do you have the right climate to grow the large one out at the poolside? You could set it up with its current pot down inside a large decorative pot. It would sort of be a ’feet in the shade, head in the sun’ sort of thing.
