Know way of knowing 100%. You need to look at the batch your getting. It will vary as there are no absolutes.

I'm slightly biased here, as I've been installing Indian bluestone (known locally as "Tandur") on several large projects in India for some years now. It's a stunning product, a real show-stopper. I'd like to import a load for a house I'm building for myself here in Australia, but I only need a small amount and suspect the freight to deliver here may be prohibitive. But if it's available locally to you, certainly go and see it in person. I've always used the Lime Black Limestone because of its slightly textured surface, but YMMV.
