My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm looking for 8x10 area rug for a den. No orientals please. I hv looked at the Rug Co online. Any other suggestions?

    Rugsasart.com. They have every style possible. Do custom made also. Their store is in Sarasota Fl but they ship everywhere. Wonderful sales too! From 200 to 20k the rugs are made of such fine matierial wearability and stainresistant the best, so get it Mine in Den is almost 8 years (coral,aqua,white,and a rustic brown) and it still looks new. If it can withstand heavy traffic and beachy colors it can handle it all!
