one flush mount light or 2 wafer lights

We are adding 2 rooms as in the plan. Ceiling is only 7'4"

One will be used as office with a desk with computer.

One will be used as a bedroom.

Currently, I am thinking of installing 2 wafer lights in each room. (6 inch size, about 800-1000 lumens, with dimmable switch)

Or we are better off with just one slim flush mount light? I am debating between the 2 options. Wafer light feels more glare than flush mount light.

We are hoping to keep things simple. We don't plan to add other type of lighting (like bed light, desk lamp, floor lamp, etc). We hope the ceiling lights (either wafer light or flush mount light) can fit most of our use cases.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
