Image is not distinct enough for a positive ID, but size, shape, and hopping habit described above is similar to flea beetles. Look for tiny shot-holes in lower leaves.

It's very tiny, even smaller than I noted above, which makes it hard to get a good picture. I looked up flea beetles and they look different. Thanks for giving it a go.

I am pretty good at identifying insects and plants, Springtails are fairly common and if you grow plants - especially in a greenhouse where organic matter tends to accumulate - you will probably find this little insect hopping around.
