My fiance and I built a quaint, small ranch styled home. We've been in it for just over here and are looking to update. Our main living space. The program we did only allowed us to pick out a very small variety of wild colors. We definitely are ready to have our area pop with color. We have finished off part of our basement and made a family room and the colors we did down there. I absolutely love and would like to bring them upstairs. We have a very open concept, like I mentioned a small quaint space. I'm struggling with do I paint the walls one solid color, or add a chair rail and do a darker color on the bottom and the lighter one on the top.. are chair rails even in? I have uploaded a few pictures of our family room. The paint color is Behr from Home Depot, a very nice country sage, and a beige. I have also uploaded photos of the space I want to paint.
