IMO it would not be n issue if that vanity counter was the same height as the rest of that wall of cabinets. The morror on that wall can bot be the same size and even the other one too. The fact is you can do really great bar bar type lighting above all those mirrors which IMO is better lighting than sconces and then for the vanity a nice lit magnifying mirror on the counter I never like lower makeup counter just get a nice adjustable stool but now it is what it is same mirrors IMO all hung the same height and the same bath bar lights. Why are the cabinets not painted or is that the way they are going to look.? sort of this look

Yes and honestly the cabinet maker should have painted all in a spray booth .

Have you verified that the person seated will be able to see himself in a mirror with the same height and placement as mirrors used by persons standing? Like suggested above, I'd forgo the sconces and just use vanity lights...typically 3/4 of the width of the mirror. Control with a dimmer.

Wow, it does look like only a very tiny person or someone in a very short chair could fit their knees under the makeup table---yet with a standard height mirror/backsplash I do foresee an issue for a shorter individual.

Maybe it's the camera perspective.
