I would repaint in a warm neutral color that actually goes with the tile. Gray-blue is not the right color.

Maybe remove the towel bar above the tub, so you can hang a nice piece of art to give you something to look at instead of all the beige tile. The wall next to shower could also have some art.

If the grout is dirty, I had a good experience using a local Stanley Steemer pro to steam all the tile and grout in the house we were renting while building.
