Name That Plant!

What is this Plant??

Hi, Saw this plant in my neighborhood...This plant has had blooms before and gets seeds/seed pods almost the size of a golf ball, slightly smaller. Any idea what plant this is? Thanks in advance!

Where on the planet is your neighbourhood? What time of year was the picture taken? And can you describe the flowers?

Absent further information I'd guess Crinum.

Hi Floral, thanks for your reply. I took that picuture a few days ago...I live in the US in Florida. No picture of the flower because the flowers have since died a few months ago.

But after I read your response I googled the name and it looks VERY similar to this plant called 'Queen Emma Giant Crinum Lily' it is going to be the best educated guess thanks to you!! Thanks again for your best indentification!!

Def. looks like a giant crinum to me - they're plentiful here in FL. IMPE, 'Queen Emma' has pink to burgundy coloration in the leaves and flowers, while yours looks purely green.
