Help with new build exterior color!!

We’re building a home in Charleston, and this is the model our home will look like. We have the option to choose any color from the Sherwin Williams color wheel, but it’s so challenging to pick without seeing how it will look in person! The trim will be white.

We’re drawn to light grayish-blue and dark slate-grayish-blue tones, but we’re open to any ideas you think would suit this style of home.

We’d love your suggestions or advice on colors that would look great—thank you so much for your help!

BM Nantucket Gray is a nice exterior color. It isn't gray. Probably a bit lighter/brighter than the color of the model home.

Personally, I dislike blue houses! Be careful choosing a grayish-blue paint color, because it might look really blue once the whole house is painted.

Our house is 75% SW Juniper Blue, 25% white, with white trim. Any paint company can match another paint, so Sherwin-Williams can do a BM color.

This is a nice blue. You can click on the Sherwinn-Williams link and get the colors.

What color are the homes next to your future home? I like the color in your first picture. I personally would want to avoid a color that is used on several other homes close by, especially if the models all have fairly similar facades.

Thank you all for your help!! If anyone has any good dark charcoal colors I would love any recommendations!! We don’t want it to look blue in the light but also don’t want it to be black. But definitely trying to find something dark!
