The light one would be my choice, particularly since you’re going for a coastal aestetic. I’d tie in the tan, black, white and blue with accessories. I love that art, but feel it needs to be lower. Generally, the middle should be at eye level when standing.

That’s a gorgeous chair, but the trestle table doesn’t appear to have enough overhang for seating at the ends. If I’m mistaken about the depth of the overhang, I’d still prefer all the chairs to match.

Yes, there would be no room for a person’s legs seated at the end of the table.

I use Adobe Fresco to layer images on top of each other. Also, on my ipad, if I press and hold on a photo in my library, it will (usually) remove the background and allow me to save it as a new image.
