Help Redesign “Transitional Dining Room”

Recently purchased house built in 2020. Looking to redesign this space for functionality and increased storage. Our current ideas are either a breakfast nook with bench, which may seem difficult with baseboard heaters, or some sort of coffee/beverage bar and a small 2/3 person table.
