Need help sourcing bathroom tile

last year

Looking for this light blue tile for our next bathroom project. I have ordered some samples but not convinced I have found the correct one. Thanks for your help!

I think the Edward Martin has Much the same vibe. I'd call it blue, and you have not informed what samples you did order, and then found not to be "exact".

You need a full box of any you try to hazard a guess.

Have you checked Bedrosian? If I remember correctly I’ve seen similar tile there. If not there maybe the Tile Bar.

Photos are not how you choose tile those appear to be the same but only one way to buy tile IMO and that is going to a tile shop and seeing tile in person.

Yes.......... It could be AI. The usefulness of any inspiration pic is just that. It is there to be interpreted.

The op still hasn't stated info on those she sampled - don't bother digging until you know what to eliminate.: )

Go to a good tile showroom in your area; there are plenty of tile series that can give you the "look".

The photo posted by Minardi is not what you are looking for if you want a blue based tile. The tile shown in that photo is actually manufactured by Equipe Ceramicas - and is sold by a few different retailers (for example, it's the same tile that Jan has posted above by Bedrosian - Cloe in Baby Blue - although that is not a good name for it because it is more aqua).

I am using it in one of my bathroom renovations - and it is a v4 variation and changes quite a bit depending upon the light (natural vs. artificial + the exposure of natural light makes a difference). It's a beautiful tile - but it's definitely not a "true blue."

You really need to let us know what samples you've looked at in order to receive suggestions of other tiles that might work for you.

I really think that the photo that you are using is AI. Note the height of the vanity/sink in relation to the tub.

They are the same height! I’m 5’2” and I couldn’t use that sink. The color is probably all part of the AI fantasy.

Photos are deceptive, of course, but I detect a touch of gray in that tile. You need to shop and bring home samples, then buy a full box of the one you think is best to make double sure.
