What color paint did you use for your trim and ceiling? It seems like many people get nervous and start second guessing their choices somewhere around the point that you are at in your kitchen. If she's telling you not to worry ("It will be beautiful. . . "), I would stop worrying!

Sorry but wall color is never a good thing to choose before lighting and floor are in but the fact is buliders want to paint before flooring and I agree paint is one thing you can change after a while if it really does make you crazy . Usually once all the rest is done the panic will subside . My advice is toget lighting that does not cast any yellow and I use LED 4000K for mine .
