Building a Home Design Dilemma

Need help with finalizing the conceptual design

I am struggling with area of 71.5m2 (marked red in the picture).
In total It needs to have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (1 in master room and 1 shared).
Master room needs to have:
- walk in closet 8-10m2
- bathroom with bathtub and shower
- bed facing the wall so that tv can be attached opposite the bed

I'm a bit lost /don't understand the layouts.

One thing I see loud and clear -- and you're showing this in both images: Do not go with a vanity that scoots over too close to the toilet. No one can stand squished between the vanity and the toilet to use that duplicate sink.
