Ask about Miele. Many users say it's all they use. Therefore, if you can compare them the Wolf could also be your primary oven.

I recently bought a house with a wolf steam oven. Unfortunately I haven’t used it yet so I can’t help you. I hope you get helpful responses. It’s not plumbed, and I imagine that’d be considered a negative. But what I’m really curious about is the lack of adjustable steam percentages. Is this a real drawback or more of a marketing gimmick with other brands? I do wish it had broil like the newer models, that might help me forgo the countertop toaster oven which is annoying to need in an already three oven kitchen.
