Here are screenshots of your choices. It is nice mix of warm and cool tones that seem to work together.

I would use this Urban Townscape in mosaic for the shower floor to match the bathroom floor.

Maybe white tile for the shower walls to go with the vanity top.

I would try to have less tile selections, use ONE for the shower and walls and I like the suggestion of using the same floor tile in a different size.

I hesitate a little about the wall tile that resembles wood, and you have a wood vanity that presumably you haven't seen as it's online... Is it delivered so you can check the tile samples against it?
