I bought my sister’s home who recently passed away. It was built in the 30’s. It’s located in Oklahoma. I want to power wash the outside, repaint it and do some updates inside and out, then rent it. Should I keep it white and paint the front door with color? Or should I give it a new look by painting it another color? I’m also considering replacing the metal porch poles with wood? I love all your ideas. I’d really appreciate your advice and thoughts.
