Before constructing anything,I would check with municipal and utility regulators in your region.
It is generally recommended that meters etc are not covered or obstructed .
You can erect a high wooden post with a few slats on the left side of the utilities to de emphasise the array,then put some medium height flowering plants along the purple line.The area must be kept easy access.You could further fasten some hanging flower baskets
onto the post slats,facing to the left side .

Start by calling your utility companies and asking about any restrictions. You can probably plant something like pink Muhly between the sidewalk and the purple line, possibly on the purple line. Different utility companies might have different restrictions, but it's common to have some restricitons around a gas meter. Maybe there will be none. Who knows?

Our meter is read remotely so a solid box might interfere with the signal. Something screened might work.

Something like this, built from the same material as your existing fence. You could attach it to your fence and just run it parallel to your brick wall. Be sure to leave enough room between the new fence and the utility devices for a technician to walk around inside there.

The easiest of all is to paint the box and piping to disappear. Even black would be very different.

Would make the most sense to me to extend your fencing to enclose your utilities. If you were to do that would also suggest you eliminate the grass and pour a concrete pad with a drain.

I would just plant a couple of shrubs in front of the boxes. Easy to trim if they start to get too close to the utilities. Have Miss Utility mark the lines first. That is what I have done and you would never notice the electric meter. I have a native rhododendron maximum and a Physocarpus in front and to the side. The physocarpus needs to be cut back this fall/early winter.

A call to the utility companies is the first step. We have atub filled with plants in front of our gas meter and the guy just aims the reader at an angle we checked with him before we did anything. Our eletric in not near the gas meter and is read remotely .
