Agree about the pool deck/patio. As a buyer, seeing that would give me concerns about the quality of the pool construction itself. The sunken deck edge against the coping in the front of the photo is allowing water to run down against the pool structure.

It’s an expensive job to hire out the labor. Is it set on a sand/polymeric base or on a cement bed? If the former, the only way to do this inexpensively is to get some strong helpers, polymeric sand, crowbars, a long level and do your best to relevel it sloping away from the coping. And honestly that's just a short term cosmetic fix.

Staging it with some nice patio furniture (which you can use at your new house would help. Give the potential new home ownersa sense of calm and beuty can entice buyers to enjoy the pool area. It helps them imgine living serene life.
