Is this your home or a rental? I see a lot going on in a tiny space . Is the window west facing ? The pictures can often be decsiving but a to scale floor plan is a must and that sofa seems to be quite bulky too. Is that an entry door or just to deck ? To scale on graph paper with the window size and the door marked and the bar. Every measurement clearly marked on graph paper , The the sizes of all the things you want to put in the space and I don't know what a wall easel is . What kind of art do you do ? Where will you store your supplies ? Post the to scale plan and all the other info in comments here.

This is a wall easel. I just moved in so most of what you see will be gone.

The sofa , tv and bar stools will be basic furniture then I may put the easel to the left other or to the right of tv. As I will cast reference to tv and paint from there.

Thank you! It was a hard find but a very practical piece for space saving. I needed something that was more upright for pallet painting. Oil and cold wax is my go to when I’m not enjoying watercolors.
