THere is only one way to decide this and that is to get a large sample of the counter and test it in your kichen with your cabinets and your lighting . At least post a pic of your space so we can see all the elements that have an effect on this choice . The issue is a slab in that stone can also be very different than the sample piece as every slab is a bit different for sure . I think if somewhere in the slab there is a white that matches snowbound you will be fine and you might find thta a different wall color will help to make it work too. Taj mahal quartzite is a very popular choice .They are similar but a bit more warm tones with Taj wich is the bottom pic here

Did you already pick this color for your cabinets? If yes, then your cabinets maker should make you a full size door in that color that you can take with you to the slab yard.

Some cabinets paints aren't a 100% perfect match when compared to the wall paint with the same name, which is why you want a sample door.
