The site is still incredibly glitchy. They keep using bandaids for what is clearly a surgical problem.

Agreed KSWL. They bought what was once a thriving online community. Anyone who remembers Spike knows that there are pros and cons to various kinds of leadership styles.

Anyone remember when they bought GW we got all kinds of platitudes about how they loved the GW "community" and they weren't going to change a thing?

Little did I know that meant they'd also never update anything, fix anything, test anything, or communicate anything. Now we get to show up every day and just wonder what works/doesn't work - and if it doesn't work, good luck finding anyone who will even acknowledge your outreach. Sad face.
