Design Dilemma Bathrooms

Shower Tile Selection

I am trying to decide on tile size for a small shower 36” x 4’8”. Ceiling is 7’6” and I want to take the tile to ceiling IF that would be the best option. I am looking at 3”x12” white subway tile with matching grout, but now think I should go smaller. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, all the way to the ceiling. with matching grout. exactly what I would choose.

I've been reading the less grout the better for keeping them clean in shower. I'd say go with the larger tiles. The grout matching the tiles is a smart idea.
