I've had coneflowers in teh past but no more -- I don't even bother, they always petered out over time for me, even the old standbys like "White Swan" (which either reverted to purple or gave up the ghost an seedlings took over). The exception was "Pow Wow", which looked good for a couple seasons, but I moved so don't know how they did over the long run.

What dwarf shasta did you get? I have "Spun Silk" and like it very much. It gives a little re-bloom but not much, but is a beautiful plant while in bloom with large pure white flowers.

Are you going to put any mulch down? Maybe pick up some annuals to fill the blank spaces this year as you're waiting for the perennials to mature and fill in.

I wanted bee balm too, but for some reason, I can’t really find and that are in good condition. I will put mulch down….. I have to buy it first. 😂

The daisy is called Whoops a Daisy. I bought one good sized plant and split it in 3 pieces. Thanks for the annual recommendation.
