My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could we maybe have a birthday thread? I see some wishing others a Happy Birthday here sometimes and think to myself we all have birthdays and I'm thinking some fun birthday wishes would be appreciated. If you like, (entirely voluntary) you can post your birthday (day, not year, unless you want to) and people can make note of it and say something nice when the day arrives.

Mine is May 9.
