Kitchen island fix no waterfall

Builder home have attemped to add waterfall but not same color/match quartz Thinking of possibly doing end panel (shaker style to match cabs ) or add a raised quartz space (white quartz?)

and add 2 chairs photos not same but this is the idea

What in god's name is going on in that first photo? Is that the photo of your actual home? I'm super confused.

Two layers on top of the waterfall???? How many people have attempted to fix this area? I would remove the 'wood' and whatever layer two is. See what that gets you. I think it might be fine at that point. Hopefully you don't want the eat in feature. That's where things went bad.

Fail. Stop the bleeding. Get a designer in there to design something actually workable and attractive.
