Builder home have attemped to add waterfall but not same color/match quartz

Could you word that so it makes sense?

What in god's name is going on in that first photo? Is that the photo of your actual home? I'm super confused.

Two layers on top of the waterfall???? How many people have attempted to fix this area? I would remove the 'wood' and whatever layer two is. See what that gets you. I think it might be fine at that point. Hopefully you don't want the eat in feature. That's where things went bad.

Rip apart that horrible kludge that you tried to do and go back to the perfectly fine original.
