There aren't many sellers according to HMF. I think your best bet is to get on the waiting list at Heirloom for it. In my experience, Heirloom is fairly fast at re-stocking their currently out-of-stock roses.

Have you made certain that Heirloom is in fact currently propagating Fragrant Dream for future sales? Notifying you when, "it is available again," is not saying, "We are currently propagating it, and will notify you as soon as it is shipping size." If you just sit around patiently waiting for an email, you may be waiting for, "no longer available".

Get in touch with them and determine if they are absolutely certainly currently propagating Fragrant Dream, and when the predictable sale date will be. Don't want to see you waiting for nothing.
