The ceiling height to the bottom of the crown molding is 120 inches. the area from the top of the window to the crown molding is 5 inches. The separation between the top and bottom windows is 7 inches. The wall is 12 feet wide, windows are 7 feet wide, 28 inches off the floor. The room is separate from other rooms in the house so no need to match any other drape installation. Blinds were here when we moved in and are temporary until we get drapes installed.
