You need to make a scaled drawing of the room - put in all windows and doors/doorways.

If you use graph paper, you can easily make furniture out of squares that represent the correct scaled size of each piece (cut these pieces out). Once you have the drawing made + all the pieces of furniture made, you will then be able to easily move them around within the scaled room in order to see how they will fit.

I did this when I was deciding on whether to purchase two sofas or one sofa + two chairs for my living room. It made it easy to determine all the different layouts. I also did it to make my media wall in my family room - I wanted to decide how long to make my media console + determine how/where to place speakers, etc.

If you post a scaled drawing of the room (that includes the dimensions in inches for every wall/window/doorway/door/etc. , people will be able to suggest possible layouts for you.

It doesn't sound loke you have more furniture than shown in the master. Not what you asked, but do you want to live with those front steps and I am assuming, similar ones in the garage? I don't see a basement, any reason to have the house elevated that much?

The bed in the listing is a queen. I don't think all of your list will fit and if it does, it will be a tight squeeze. If you love the house for other reasons, you can move your dresser, bed, and nightstands in there. Then see if you have room for the bench or not. Use your leather chair in another room.

Do you currently sit in your leather chair often? When and to do what? Can you imagine that time spent in another room of this house in that chair or another chair?

Based upon your photos of your furniture in your current room, it seems like you will lose the bench and chair.

Photos distort size/distance depending upon the angle of where the photo was taken + how tall someone is + etc.

Take blue tape and make a 13 x 13 square in your current room. I am not sure how much space there is on each side of the nightstands currently - it might be a TIGHT fit across that wall if you lose a foot of space.

You will also be able to see what happens when you lose 3 feet on the length of the room.

68" is neither the width of a queen nor a king. Do you have that measurement correct? A king bed is 72" wide. Pictures are distorting but your bed does not look like a king.

@dani_m08 has a great idea. Start in the far corner of your bedroom near the windows and the head of your bed - that corner. Mark off 13 ft in each direction. You will then see how much room you have left over in addition to the space your bed takes up.

The chair in your room looks more decorative and not really needed.

Your nightstands are quite wide, so you can always get ones that are a bit narrower.

My master is large and my nightstands are 25" wide, so if you got something that size, you would save 14.5" overall.
