Weekend Music: Help, Save

last year

HELP SAVE Weekend Music!!! Next week will be my last week starting this thread, as a change in my schedule will make my ability to manage it very inconsistent. With thanks to Lars for keeping this going for so long, and Carol after him, will someone please volunteer to take over? If not, I suppose we can all (myself included) jump in and start one (and/or Parts II and III – you know the drill by now, it starts to get slow around the 25-30 video mark) as time permits, but it really does seem to run more smoothly when one person takes charge.

The hardest part is coming up with the weekly themes. I will start a separate thread in the next few days asking people to chime in with their ideas, if that helps.

Meanwhile, this week’s is easy: post your favorite songs with “help” or “save” in the title.

This the original demo by Stills, later to be recorded by CSN or CSNY (forget which form)> I recommend this album of demos, Just Roll Tape. It's a precious time capsule showcasing how much talent the guy has and had at this young age (23). He'd written most of the songs.

Greetings lettersatoz,

Interesting that I can see your video here - but the one you offer in Part 2 ... is "not available in my country".
