pachira aquatica tiny new shoots

Is it normal that new shoots/ leaves are tiny? I mean they are minuscule. Is this how leaves typically grow on this plant ? They are Under grow lights. I have had plant for about a week from nursery. Repotted . These are new shoots so assuming that is a good thing ..

Yes it’s normal as in they will grow into full grown leaves ? How long does that process take?

Yes they will grow into full sized leaves. They're cute and I would just be patient. Schefflera does the same thing.
