I planted 3 of these in my garden last summer. They seem healthy and grew well, but to my annoyance the stems are flopping on the ground. I do not want to stake them, and I did not think it would be necessary. I don't see anyone else's flopping like this, so it must be me.

The location has mid-day sun, shade in the early morning and when the sun gets low in the afternoon, but a good 5-6 hours of sun mid-day. However a lot of plants that want full sun in other climates fry at our elevation (5000 feet) so I did not think this would be a problem.

Any idea what the problem is? If it is the sun, I could try them in a different location.

Not sure it matters, but these are white, not the blue that is more typical.
