IMO no shutters since double windows should not have shutters so that eliminates some and after that is done a couple of windows with shutters on such a large home will look silly . Why white at all choose a color for that home and get rid of all the stuff actually hiding the front of the house . Some new garge doors much nicer since they are the first thing you see and really good spruce up of the grass and great lanscaping are what you need not shutters . Choose a color you like for the house maybe a nic esoft grayed green add wood garage doors , nice wide walkway from driveway to front door maybe even a new front door with some glass in the same wood as the garge door all IMO better than what you are planning The house is fine just needs some good plan to make it great and IMO not white .

There is no contrast, is that your goal? a subtle contrast? gray and white?

BM Horizon has a hint of green, but still a very light compliment.

There are plenty of examples of white/light, but I don't see enought contrast to make your selection noticable... Just paint the house and shutters the same BM Chantilly Lace.

My house is white, actually Super White on the clapboard, but the front faces North, so there is no glare. White shows dirt, so it takes effort to keep it looking crisp. It also is a smaller, one story house.

What sun exposure does the front of your house receive (N/S/E/W)? Is your roof covered with Weathered Wood shingles?

SW Alabaster looks white on the exterior of a house - LRV 82. My house faces east - I wanted a white that didn't look like I was staring at the sun! I think it looks good on all sides of my home - however, I don't look at the north side of my home very often.

Paints look more washed out on the exterior of a home. Alabaster has no yellow in it on the exterior of my home - it does not look like the sample square below at all. It looks white - but not blinding white - and no undertones.

Your house appears to be very pretty - however, your landscaping on the left side hides that side of your home. Your house would look much better if you started over on that side (not sure if you can trim that side down enough and have it still look nice at this point).

Please do not have shutters on windows that are too big for them. Even though they are non-functional shutters, they should appear to be functional = large enough to cover the window(s) at the very least. I don't think that your house needs to have a couple windows with faux shutters - it truly is an attractive home on its own!

Thank you all for the great suggestions- the roof color is weathered wood - our house faces east - leaning toward a warm white or soft yellow - gutters are white -so now looking a soft pale yellow with white trim
