To get any reasonable ideas, you’re going to have to show us a much bigger picture, like most of the front of the house. We can’t even see if this door is under a porch roof.

I agree, we need a bigger picture, that shows more. Off hand, I would say, you could use a brighter color than what you have and the gray that is a sample on the door.
