We have all Sierra Pacific windows. They looked beautiful initially! After a few years several of them starteded to fog between the glass. Every transom window did this and several others.. Their warranty isn't that good.

They pay for the new window but you pay for the labor. And it takes them "forever" to service the windows.

We have been waiting for several years to have our windows fixed. They want you to pay for the labor up front and then delay and delay on the repair.

I wouldn't choose this window company again.
