Hello, I'm finishing a new basement and remodeling the old part. What type of flooring do you reccomend? I'm leaning towards porcelain tiles because I'm under the assumption they last longer and will be easier to replace if damaged. I definitely need something waterproof. Its had flooding issues in the past (sump pumps seem to be taking care of it).
