Something in a complementary creamy white, or pick something in the tone of the veining. Don't pick something else creamy and with veins because it will want to fight with the counter. If you have dark cabinets, you could deepen down the bathroom vibe with dark tile to complement the cabinets. If you like color, you could do a bold color choice and that would also compliment a basic creamy with veins counter.
